How is Epic Spine and Sports treating patients during the current pandemic?
Patient Check-In:
To make the check-in process as easy as possible, we ask that you call (212-671-0677) once you have parked. When our providers are ready, we will contact you to come into the office and you will be brought right in for your appointment.
To help keep our patients and staff safe, we are taking these measures:
- All surfaces are wiped down frequently throughout the day.
- Providers and Staff sanitize hands and instruments in between each patient.
- Gloves and Masks are used when necessary and also at patient request.
- Our reception area has been customized to maintain social distancing.
We ask that patients refrain from bringing in non-essential visitors, including anyone under the age of 13, and maintain a 6-foot distance between themselves and other patients.
TeleHealth
We are now offering Telehealth services for consultations and physical therapy visits. It is simply and easy.
